We are seeking a part-time receptionist/office helper who is extremely detail-oriented, competent, and able to problem-solve independently and efficiently, using sound judgment and common sense for day-to-day tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a positive, outgoing attitude and be energetic and assertive. A strong background in accounts receivable and customer service is preferred.

Monday-Friday 9:00am-1:00pm

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Answering and directing phone calls
• Performing collection calls
• Data entry and record keeping
• Customer service support
• Verifying new orders
• Filing and general office support
