Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist/customer service representative to join our team!

As the receptionist/ customer service representative for our busy veterinary clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will greet clients and their pets as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, assisting with pet food orders, facilitate prescriptions, faxing and emailing records, build client relationships. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, empathic, excellent communication, be punctual, excellent computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and pets when they arrive
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general client service and attend to the needs of clients such as food orders, prescription refills, faxing and emailing records Posting weekly on business facebook and website

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
• Must be able to lift/carry 35 lbs
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Punctual, must be able to work Saturdays
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and facebook
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
