Your Role

As an Embers Team Member, no two days are the same. You'll work across multiple locations, becoming a trusted extension of every team you support. Your adaptability, professionalism, and passion for service will help create outstanding experiences for clients, visitors, and colleagues alike.

You will:

• Provide reception and customer service cover across a variety of Hestia-managed locations.
• Support sites during team absences, annual leave, and operational requirements.
• Assist with events, launches, hospitality services, and special projects.
• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and guests.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their internal teams.
• Quickly adapt to different environments while maintaining Hestia's exceptional service standards.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure every experience is seamless.
