Receptionist

Twyla Farms and Resorts is hiring a full-time Receptionist for its property in Lemoor, near Tukkuguda, Hyderabad.

Work arrangement: Full-time, on-site

Experience: Minimum 1 year in reception, front desk or customer service

Role overview

We are looking for a pleasant, welcoming and organised receptionist who communicates confidently and creates a positive first impression for every guest. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling calls, maintaining accurate records and using simple data to understand enquiry and booking performance.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to enquiries professionally

• Welcome guests and support a smooth front-desk experience

• Record every enquiry accurately, including its source and outcome

• Follow up on enquiries and assist with reservations and bookings

• Track how many calls are received and how many convert into bookings

• Prepare simple daily and weekly call-conversion reports

• Coordinate with the Manager and internal team on guest requirements

• Maintain reception records, emails and basic administrative documents

• Handle guest questions and concerns with patience and professionalism

Candidate requirements

• Minimum Intermediate education; graduates are welcome to apply

• At least 1 year of experience in reception, front desk or customer service

• Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu

• Strong communication, interpersonal and people skills

• Pleasant, welcoming and professional manner

• Basic computer, internet, email and record-keeping skills

• Organised, dependable and attentive to detail

• Comfortable working on-site in Lemoor, near Tukkuguda
