Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet visitors: Welcome clients, buyers, and vendors with a professional demeanor.

• Manage flow: Direct guests to the correct agent or meeting room.

• Answer phones: Manage a busy, multi-line phone system, screen calls, and route them to appropriate agents.

• Take messages: Record clear, accurate messages for out-of-office staff.

• Handle correspondence: Sort incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and digital emails.

• Manage calendars: Schedule and confirm property viewings, open houses, and agent appointments to prevent double-booking.

• Maintain databases: Update client contact files and input new leads into the office CRM system.

• Prepare documents: Assist with basic paperwork, filing, data entry, and assembling promotional flyers.

• Monitor inventory: Track and reorder office supplies before shortages occur.

• Maintain the lobby: Keep the reception area and common spaces clean and presentable.

• Coordinate maintenance: Liaise with vendors or building maintenance for office repairs.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
