Receptionist

DeVibe Nail Lounge and Dalon is an upscale salon in Mandeville with a growing group of loyal clients. We’re looking for a warm, organized receptionist to be the first face our clients see and to help each visit go smoothly from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients, check them in, and offer drinks to make them feel welcome.
• Answer phone calls, texts, and online messages quickly and politely.
• Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments, and handle walk-ins.
• Match clients with available technicians so wait times stay short.
• Take payments, explain pricing and our cash discount, and sell gift cards.
• Keep the front desk, waiting area, and retail display clean and tidy.
• Handle client concerns calmly and pass them to management when needed.
• Help promote specials, rebooking, and our social media pages.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, professional, and calm when the salon gets busy.
• Clear speaker and organized multitasker.
• Comfortable using a computer, booking software, and the payment system. We will train you.
• Reliable and on time, and works well with the team.
• Salon or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Vietnamese or Spanish) is a plus.

Schedule

• Part-time
• Saturdays are required. (May be able to alternate Saturdays)
