Receptionist

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Prepare station and clean station after each service

• Collect payments from services

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department and handling payments for customers

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members

• Manage office supplies and inventory

• Restock supplies and make sure stations are ready for next services

• Maintain a clean and organized store

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills

Please note that this position is for a receptionist in a beauty salon. Experience working in beauty salon or retailers is highly desirable.

Pay: $16.40-$18.00 per hour
