Receptionist

Golden Platter Foods, a respected frozen food manufacturing company with over 35 years in business, is seeking a dependable and professional Receptionist for our Linden, NJ location.

About the Role

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially for maintaining accurate daily visitor logs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and drivers
• Maintain and update visitor logs (Excel experience a plus)
• Answer, route, and manage incoming phone calls
• Handle mail, deliveries, and general front desk operations
• Assist office staff with basic clerical and administrative tasks
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional

Requirements

• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic Excel skills preferred
• Reliable and punctual

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• $17 per hour
