Receptionist

Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role involves managing client communication, handling phone inquiries, and supporting daily operational tasks to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

• Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage client communication efficiently, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
• Handle incoming phone calls professionally, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
• Schedule appointments for clients, ensuring accurate and timely booking.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility by cleaning tanning beds, sweeping hair debris, and tidying work areas after hair styling sessions.
• Assist with running errands such as making supplies runs or other administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Support hair stylists by cleaning up hair and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Experience

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and attention to hygiene standards is advantageous.
• Friendly demeanor with a focus on providing excellent client service.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
