Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic, along with a friendly and patient-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
• Handle patient appointments, registrations, and enquiries.
• Answer phone calls and coordinate with doctors and other departments.
• Communicate effectively with patients in English, Hindi, and Arabic.
• Maintain patient records and reception-related documentation.
• Guide patients regarding consultations, treatments, and hospital services.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day reception operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Arabic is essential.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with data entry.
• Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and a patient-friendly approach

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
