Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist to join our team!

As the receptionist for our busy memorial retail store, you will be the first point of contact for our families. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls/take messages, and attend to customer areas. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, strong computer skills, is capable of multitasking, and provides excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Greet families as they arrive to the store
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
• Provide general customer service and maintain a register

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
