Job Summary

The receptionist is responsible for the front desk operations of the assigned building.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.

• Operate system switchboard to relay incoming, outgoing and internal calls
• Greet visitors and vendors.
• Maintain visitor in/out record sheets and issues visitor badges
• Announce and directs visitors/vendors to proper location.
• Refer messages to appropriate parties
• Escalate non-routine questions and inquires to supervisor
• Oversee the cleanliness of the lobby
• Assist other HR areas in: addressing recruiting postcards, sending out birthday cards, putting together packets
• Distribute package drop-offs to proper recipients
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
• Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

Minimum Requirements
