What they need
Cotmore Surgery are looking to recruit a receptionist to join our small friendly team.
Previous experience is desirable, however the right candidate would receive full trainning.
A clean DBS Check is essential for the role
Dealing with patient queries on telephone and face to face, communicating via text , email and over the telephone
Booking appointments, preparing repeat prescriptions, completing tasks from other members of the team
Navigating patients to alternative providers of care
EMIS experience would be preffered
Post would be 30 hours per week split across 5 days a mixture of AM and PM and the ability to cover holidays is also essential
Would consider 2 part time staff 15 hour post for right candidates.
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30.0 per week
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Birmingham B44 8TU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
