Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet members upon arrival, check-in, and provide information about gym facilities.
• Manage front desk operations, including handling walk-in, online enquiry, handling social media requests and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of gym memberships, making calls to clients for feedback
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling social media platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (front desk or reception).
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in wellness programs offered by the gym would be an added advantage.
