Front Desk Receptionist PM Shifts

Downtown Dog – Dallas, TX
Pay: $13.00–$15.00 per hour

Downtown Dog is hiring a reliable, experienced Front Desk Receptionist to cover weekday PM shifts. This role is fast-paced and customer-facing and requires strong communication, organization, and dependability.

Required Schedule Availability

Applicants must be available for three shifts.

• Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings
• 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Key Responsibilities
• Front desk check-in/check-out for daycare and boarding
• Process payments and answer phones
• Update client and dog profiles, notes, and icons in Gingr
• Communicate clearly with kennel staff and management
• Maintain a calm, professional front desk during busy pickup timesRequired Qualifications
• Prior front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Gingr experience strongly preferred (or similar system)
• Comfortable working in a busy, dog-centered environment
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Professional communication and ability to multitask
