Receptionist

Overview

As a Receptionist, you’ll create a welcoming first impression while keeping daily office operations organized and moving. You’ll greet visitors, manage front desk activity, and support clear communication across the office. Duties

• Welcome visitors, provide customer service and customer support, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Answer and route calls using multi-line phone systems, applying professional phone etiquette and clear phone communication.
• Coordinate calendars, appointments; support calendar management and personal assistant tasks as needed.
• Complete data entry, typing, word processing, proofreading, filing, and spreadsheet updates using Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
• Assist with office management and clerical tasks, and maintain organized records.

Qualifications

• Office experience, including front desk, administrative experience, or clerical experience, is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, client communication, and attention to detail.
• Computer skills and computer literacy, including technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
• Reliable, courteous, and comfortable balancing phone, visitor, and administrative needs.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
