Role Description A full-time, on-site Receptionist role in Dubai. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and also supports customer service and daily operations

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and hospitable first impression, while handling incoming calls and general inquiries.
• Respond to customer messages on WhatsApp
• Follow up with customers on pending or incomplete orders
• Prepare daily order files for Amazon and Noon
• Handle basic data entry and record keeping
• Support the team with social media when needed
• Help coordinate with influencers
• Assist with event planning and coordination
• Provide general office and administrative support

Requirements

• Experience in greeting and welcoming visitors, customer service, reception, or administrative roles.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, MS Office or Google Sheets, and social media
• Organized, friendly, and professional
