URGENT HIRING : RECEPTIONIST
Location: ROBINSONS ANTIPOLO / VISTA MALL ANTIPOLO
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival.
- Check-in and check-out clients efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Manage the payments of the customers.
- POS handling.
- Working closely with fellow Receptionists and Aestheticians.
- Experience handling a team.
- At least 6 months experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role.
- Can start ASAP.
