Receptionist cum Admin Assistant

The candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization. The candidate is responsible for the proper handling of the front desk, ensuring all incoming and out-going calls are attended to in addition to professionally attending to the organization's guests.

You will play an important role to:

• Handle administrative tasks and office support
• Assist with translation and document preparation
• Manage hotel and flight arrangements
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail / phone call
• Manage business cards and phone-related matters
• Oversee pantry supplies and office stationery
• Manage staff hostel and claims
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• A Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Fluency in Mandarin will be added advantage as role requires to deal with guests from China.
• Skills: passion, multitasking, attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• At least 1 year of experience in reception and administrative support is required
