We are looking for a professional, friendly, and service-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued members and guests while ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist VIP Elite Club Members and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage front desk operations, including member registration, enquiries, appointments, and check-ins.
• Provide prompt and personalized assistance to members through face-to-face interactions, phone calls, email, and messaging platforms.
• Handle member enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure members receive a seamless and high-quality service experience.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and member information.
• Perform administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, luxury retail, hotel, or VIP customer relations is an advantage. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in the three main languages spoken in Malaysia (spoken and written). Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and able to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays when required.
