About the Position

Granite Concepts is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to support our showroom and office. This person will be a primary point of contact for customers, answering questions, assisting with appointments, and providing information about our countertop materials and products.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, learns quickly, and takes pride in keeping things accurate and organized.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with questions about countertop materials, products, and available options.
• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
• Schedule and confirm customer appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and open new customer accounts.
• Prepare paperwork and provide general administrative support.
• Keep the showroom and front office clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally and involve the appropriate team member when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn about countertop materials and products and communicate information clearly to customers.
• Comfortable using computers and completing data entry accurately.
• Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to work Wednesday through Saturday.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
