Receptionist/ data entry

Overview

We are looking for a dependable, organized person to handle front desk responsibilities and data entry. The right candidate should be friendly, detail oriented, and comfortable with working with computers and working independantly.

Duties

• Welcome visitors and provide professional front desk and phone reception, using multi-line phone systems and strong phone etiquette.
• Answer phone calls, take accurate messages, and direct calls.
• Enter and update information accurately in our system.
• Maintain files, scan documents, and assist with daily office tasks.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.

Skills

• Required: Computer literacy, computer skills, typing ability, organizational skills, time management, and accuracy with data entry and proofreading.
• Required: Customer service, client communication, phone answering, and professional phone etiquette.
• Required: Microsoft Office skills and the ability to handle word processing, filing, and routine administrative work.
• Preferred: Office experience, clerical experience, administrative experience, or personal assistant experience.
• Preferred: Experience with front desk duties, office management, or multi-line phone systems; bilingual communication skills are a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
