Receptionist - F&B

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth operations on handling reception related tasks
• Greeting the guest, answering telephone enquiries and bookings, handling email replies and managing customer bookings
• Assist in menu printing and related administration work
• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Provide high quality services to the guest
• Maximize the success rate of bookings
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Job Requirements:

• Positive attitude at all times, maintain a polished and professional appearance
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a renowned restaurant group, luxury hotel chain. High-end Chinese restaurant experience preferred
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Work effectively with other colleagues, communicate well with kitchen, bar, floor team to ensure smooth operations
• Excellent customer service, inter-personal & strong communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), Familiar with Sevenrooms preferred
