Receptionist-Fresher

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Manage front-desk activities and maintain a professional reception area.
• Respond to basic inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Receive and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Maintain visitor records and other basic administrative records.
• Assist the HR/Admin team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings when required.
• Support the team with other office-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Any Degree.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and interact confidently with people.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
