Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Dharampeth Nagpur
Reporting To: HR/Admin

Job Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming guests and visitors, handling calls, and ensuring smooth front office operations while maintaining a professional and friendly environment. front office management

Key Responsibilities:

· Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and employees at the reception.

· Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.

· Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.

· Coordinate with housekeeping and hospitality teams for guest arrangements.

· Manage meeting room and reception area.

· Handle basic administrative and front office tasks.

Qualifications:

· Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality background preferred).

Experience:

· 3–5 years of experience in reception, front office, or hospitality role.

Key Skills:

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Professional appearance and behavior

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)

· Customer service orientation

Language English / Hindi / Marathi

Salary: Competitive, as per industry standards.
