Job Title: Receptionist (Front Desk)

Employment Condition: Part time

Responsibilities:

• All staffs must continuously maintain cleanliness of the facility including but not limited to; front lobby and counter area, play structures, cafeteria seating areas, washrooms, and general areas of the facility at all times.
• Greet customers upon arrival with an enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
• Ensure customers are registered and answer any questions regarding the registration process.
• Process payments and transactions using POS system.
• Assist with checking in guests for birthday parties and events.
• Promptly answer telephone calls and assist customers
• Help customers with general inquiries regarding the playground and facility.
• Provide security for families by checking stamp numbers for guests on the way out.

Experience: 0 - 1 year in any recreational facility
