American Roofing & Waterproofing is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist to support our Arizona office. We’re looking to fill this position quickly and encourage candidates available to start soon to apply.

As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you’ll help create a professional, welcoming experience while keeping daily office tasks moving.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, direct callers, and take accurate messages.
• Greet customers, vendors, and visitors.
• Record customer inquiries and route service requests to the appropriate team.
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, filing, and document organization.
• Monitor the general inbox and distribute incoming correspondence.
• Support sales, production, accounting, and management with administrative tasks.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using email, computers, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks in a busy office.
• Reliable attendance and transportation to the office.
• Receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
