Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

Job Overview:

A Front Desk Representative serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. They play a

crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by handling administrative tasks, customer service, and

communication duties.

Key Responsibilities:

 Reception & Customer Service – Greet visitors, answer calls/emails, provide information, and assist

guests.

 Administrative Support – Manage scheduling, data entry, mail handling, and office tasks.

 Security & Office Management – Monitor visitor access, maintain records, and ensure front desk

organization.

 Customer Complaint Handling – Address concerns, provide solutions, and escalate issues when

needed.

 Coordination & Communication – Liaise between departments, relay messages, and assist with event

planning.

Key Skills:

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).

 Customer service-oriented with a polite and professional attitude.

 Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
