Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

About Us:

Job Purpose:

Manage our front desk, greet visitors, and demonstrate our product displays to walk-in clients while supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and attend to walk-in visitors, clients, and vendors at the front desk in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and manage general email/WhatsApp inquiries
• Demonstrate and explain the company's product range (digital clocks, display panels, and related electronic signage) to visiting clients
• Maintain the showroom/reception area — ensure displayed products are clean, powered on, and presentable at all times
• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client meetings and follow up on walk-in inquiries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 years in front desk, customer service or sales
• Good spoken Urdu
• Basic MS Office, email and WhatsApp Business
• Presentable, confident and comfortable explaining products
