About the Role:

TGT Nexus is looking for a professional, Receptionist / Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage incoming calls, respond to general inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
• Coordinate with the HR and Admin departments regarding candidate interviews and visitor appointments.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier deliveries, and office mail.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide general administrative support to HR and Admin teams when needed.
• Ensure professional communication and a positive first impression of TGT Nexus.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
