· Experience in Front Office, Reception or Customer Service roles is preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A warm, professional and positive attitude
· Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
· Willingness to work on a shift basis including weekends and public holidays
· Proficiency in English is required, and good command of Mandarin is an added advantage
