Receptionist / Front Support - Edition Clinic Thonglor

Edition Clinic is one of Bangkok's fastest-growing aesthetic clinics, located in the heart of Thonglor. Since opening in May 2023, we've more than doubled our revenue year on year — and we're now preparing to open new branches.

We're looking for a warm, organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and the face of the clinic. If you take pride in great service and want to grow with a fast-moving company, this is the place to do it.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist clients, creating a warm and professional first impression

• Confirm appointments by phone and manage the booking schedule

• Create and maintain client profiles and records (OPD)

• Process billing and handle payments accurately

• Receive and count incoming products and supplies

• Complete forms and data entry

• Coordinate with the team and support daily clinic operations

Working Hours: 11:00 – 20:00 (1-hour lunch break included)

Days Off: 6 days per month
