Receptionist (Full-time)

Our organization is looking for a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with members of executive and administrative staff, and will be able to effectively utilize an entire suite of administrative solutions. We are giving preference to candidates who has experience in immigration field.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized filing systems for immigration documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and concerns.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for document preparation and communication.
• Support bookkeeping tasks and assist with Accounting as needed.
• Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications
• Strong data entry and clerical experience
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
• Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping preferred
• Ability to proofread documents and provide customer support
• Previous administrative experience in Immigration preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
