Johnson Motors of Menomonie is seeking a full-time Receptionist to support the team and assist with appointment scheduling and phone coverage. Other duties as assigned.

Core Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

Requirements:

Receptionist Duties:

• Answering phones, coordinating appointments.
• Greeting and checking in customers
• Balancing invoices and submitting receipts to accounting
• Update pricing in the systems as needed
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues and escalate to 3rd party team as needed

Required skills:

• Exceptional communication skills both in person and on the phone.
• Strong awareness of customer service.
• Must have a poised, cheerful attitude.
• Must have the ability to multi-task and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment while upholding the customer service standards of Johnson Motors.
• Must have a basic knowledge of accounting principles.
