Are you friendly, organized, dependable, and enjoy helping people? Roach Energy is looking for a Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team!

This is an entry-level office position ideal for someone with customer service experience who enjoys interacting with people, answering phones, and helping keep an office running smoothly. We’re looking for a positive, professional individual who is willing to learn and enjoys being part of a team.

Previous customer service experience is required. Previous office or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required.

Knowledge of Cargas software is a bonus!

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate departments.
• Greet visitors and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide general clerical and administrative support to the office team.
• Sort and distribute mail and prepare invoices and statements for mailing.
• Maintain office supplies, postage, and filing systems.
• Assist with entering customer and delivery information.
• Help process customer payments and service requests.
• Provide backup support to the team.
• Perform other general office duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous customer service experience.
• Friendly, professional communication and telephone skills.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to learn Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other office software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependability, punctuality, and good attendance.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak season.
