Receptionist (Headquarters)

For our Head office in Sofia, we are looking for friendly, motivated and open-minded person for the position:

RECEPTIONIST

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Answer, re-direct calls as appropriate and take messages when required;

• Greet, assist and/or direct visitors and suppliers;

• Prepare and manage correspondence;

• Direct packages to employees – distribute mail and other documents;

• General administration support to help the Head office.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• University education;

• Good computer skills (MS-Office);

• Very good command of English;

• Excellent problem solving, organizational and time management skills;

• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of people both in person and over the telephone;

• Open-minded, quick learner.
