Job Summary DCF Family Safety Receptionist providing administrative assistance to the Department of Children and Families for Child Protection and Children's Legal Services, handling inquiries, questions, and customer complaints within the Service Centre.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls
• Answer door and assist clients/families visiting the office
• Handle outgoing/incoming mail delivery via postage machine
• Tidy up play room (when used)
• Prepare closure letters
• Perform case filing
• Manage forms using Share Drive
• Assist with employee interviews
• Accept supply deliveries and stock supply room
• Keep Blue Book stocked

Experience

• Strong job tenure in a professional office environment - 2 years
• Customer-facing customer service experience in a professional environment - 1 year
• Experience in mail room processes and machines - highly desired
• Experience assisting with employee interviews - highly desired
• Experience with supply management - highly desired
• Experience using Share Drive - highly desired
