Receptionist Manager

About the role

Front Office/Reception Supervisor managing receptionists across multiple facility locations. You will lead team operations, ensure service excellence, handle customer escalations, drive sales targets, and oversee financial reporting and reconciliations.

Key responsibilities

• Roster, mentor, and train receptionists across all branches; conduct daily briefings to ensure service excellence and 100% coverage
• Standardize SOPs (court bookings, check-ins, Liga App), maintain brand standards, and act as the final escalation point for complex client complaints
• Drive sales for packages and Pro Shop items to hit KPIs
• Oversee daily closing reports, EDC reconciliations, cash handling, and investigate financial discrepancies
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Department Heads; submit weekly/monthly operational reports to General Management

About you

• 3-5 years in Front Office/Reception, with 2+ years in a Supervisory/Managerial role (Hospitality/Sports industry preferred)
• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's in Hospitality, Management, or related field
• Fluent English (verbal/written)
• Strong leadership and exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, POS systems, and financial reporting
• Based in Bali with a personal vehicle and flexibility to rotate across all facility locations
