Receptionist - Medical

We are seeking a polished, detail-oriented professional to manage our front-of-house operations and digital clinical records. This role balances high-end patient service with precise administrative and content management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare treatment rooms, tools, and materials before procedures
• Take clear and organized documentation of patients (photos, videos, and records)
• Perform accurate charting and maintain patient files
• Must know how to manage and create content for social media platforms (e.g., editing using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
• Must know how to properly respond to online inquiries, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment bookings and client concerns
• Ensure proper coordination and follow-up with patients

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.)

Availability: Must be available to work 5-6 days a week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From Php750.00 per day
