Receptionist Mobile

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
• Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor schedules.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean, organized, and professional environment.
• Perform administrative tasks, including document handling, data entry, and filing.
• Support daily office operations and other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Office, Customer Service, or a similar position.
• Experience in Banking, Corporate Office, Hospitality, or Property Management will be an advantage.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Professional look, friendly personality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Able to work with attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to be placed at one of our banking clients in Jakarta.
