Working Hours: 5 days work
Working Location @ West
Company transport provided nearby MRT ( Jurong East, CCK & Boon Lay)
Basic Salary up $2300
AWS + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate telephone switchboard, relay incoming calls & take messages.
- Attend to clients & other visitors of the Company
- Prepare & record outgoing postage once in the morning for dispatch to send out.
- Assist in internal and external training programs, including logistical support and other training administration
- Any other HR & Administrative matters and duties assigned by superior
Requirement:
- Able to start work in a short notice period
- Singaporean ONLY
