Receptionist / Operator/พนักงานต้อนรับ/พนักงานรับโทรศัพท์

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming call.
• Stock control (only Stationeries)
• Set up Customer Data in system.
• Fill up A4 papers to all Printers.
• Receive Vendor invoices and record in Logbook.
• Sort & register all registered mails / EMS and distribute to staff.
• Control Car Parking Coupon
• Assist accounting to key tax data into system such as Input Tax, Prepaid Tax etc. and filing.

Qualifications:

• Only candidates with permanent work rights with no restrictions will be considered
• Diploma – bachelor’s degree in any field
• Able to use MS Office
• Able to communicate in English
• Demonstrate customer service skills.
• Good personal appearance and friendly nature
• Experience in receptionist filed would be advantage.
• Candidate who can start immediately will be preferred
