Receptionist/ Optometry Assistant

We are an established Optometry office in Markham. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly person to join our team. Reception, administration, technical, and sales duties are required. Unfortunately, this is NOT a student position.

Duties will primarily involve:

• Answering phone calls
• Administrative tasks
• Performing tests on patients using various machines

Duties may occasionally involve:

• Helping patients select eyewear

• Educating patients on technical aspects of frames and lenses

• Delivering and adjusting completed eyewear to patients

• Eyeglass repairs

Misc:

• Applicants must have an excellent command of the English language

• Unfortunately, this is NOT a student position

• Training provided.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
