Receptionist | Chatswood Location

Join a growing conveyancing firm in Chatswood as a Receptionist, where you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in creating a warm and professional experience.

About the Role

• Manage reception, phone and email enquiries
• Greet clients and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Assist with new client onboarding and file setup
• Coordinate appointments and general office administration
• Liaise with clients, referral partners and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records and support the wider team

About You

• Previous reception or administration experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well-presented, friendly and professional
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident handling multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Property or professional services experience is advantageous
