We are looking for passionate and talented individuals who wants to join our growing awesome team.

Job Description:

• Respond to procurement-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and other administrative activities.
• Manage and process gate passes and work permits.
• Facilitate check-in and check-out procedures for visitors, guests, VIPs, and applicants.
• Professionally welcome and assist visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and reception area.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for onsite inspections, services, and other work requirements.
• Handle administrative coordination, follow-ups, and status updates with relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking company assets.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to Facilities, Procurement, Reception, and general office operations as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field
• Good to excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule and onsite in Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig City
