Edge Fitness is looking for an energetic, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the face of our clubs. This role is central to the member experience and suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for members and non members ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional front-of-house experience.
Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role (fitness, hospitality, or retail environment preferred)
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Clear and confident verbal and written communication
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
