Role Responsibilities:

• Be the friendly face of the dealership and create a great first impression
• Answer and direct calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Connect customers with the right sales or service team members
• Take and relay messages accurately to keep communication flowing
• Maintain customer information and dealership records
• Support front desk operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Jump in where needed to help deliver exceptional customer experience

• Warm, friendly personality with a passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Confident, professional communication skills in person and over the phone
• Tech-savvy with strong multitasking abilities (internet, MS Outlook, dealership systems)
• Polished professional appearance with a reliable and positive work ethic
• Bilingual skills are a plus and warmly welcomed
