Mella Massage and Wellness is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable part-time receptionist to join our team in North End Halifax.

We’re a wellness clinic offering massage therapy, facials, and other wellness services. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can help create a welcoming experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide a welcoming first impression
• Manage appointments, bookings, and client inquiries
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails
• Process payments and assist with daily front desk operations
• Keep the reception area tidy and organized
• Support practitioners and help the clinic run smoothly
• Laundry

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking
• Comfortable using computers and learning booking software
• Previous reception or customer service experience is an asset
• Experience in a wellness clinic or similar setting is an asset

Position Details

• Part-time position
• Daytime hours
• Located in North End Halifax, Nova Scotia
• Hourly wage based on experience
