Concordia at Kennedy is looking for a warm, welcoming, and organized Receptionist to join our team! If you love helping people, making connections, and keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.

Receptionist Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 1:00pm - 8:00pm

What You’ll Do as our Receptionist

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and coworkers with a friendly smile.
• Answer and direct phone calls while providing excellent customer service.
• Assist visitors with directions, questions, tours, and new resident arrivals.
• Support daily clerical tasks, mail, packages, and other front desk/receptionist responsibilities.
• Help create a welcoming and positive environment for everyone who walks through our doors!

What We’re Looking For as a Receptionist

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous reception or switchboard/receptionist experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and computer skills.
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask with a positive attitude.
