Receptionist / Reservationist (with Server Experience)

Job Overview

Oak & Smoke is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist / Reservationist to join our Front-of-House team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for managing reservations, welcoming diners, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Candidates must have previous restaurant service experience, as they may be required to assist the service team during busy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations through phone, email, messaging platforms, and online booking systems.
• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Coordinate table assignments and seating arrangements with the service team.
• Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep the reception area organized and presentable.
• Assist the service team with floor operations when needed, leveraging previous server experience.
• Perform other Front-of-House duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Reservationist, Host/Hostess, or Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Previous server experience is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using computers and reservation systems.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
